Gear Pump Assemblies
Pump product groups stand out with different operating principles and application areas. Helical and spur gear pumps transfer low- to high-viscosity fluids, especially polymers, fuels, and chemical additives, in a controlled manner by creating a vacuum and pressure difference through interlocking gears. Internal eccentric pumps ensure reliable performance in highly viscous fluids such as asphalt, tar, and molasses through the interaction of surrounding and idler gears. Lobe pumps, utilizing timing gears, enable the transfer of solid-containing products in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries without damage, as there is no direct contact between the lobes. Vane pumps, through the eccentric motion of the rotor and vanes, provide effective vacuum and pressure processes for low-viscosity liquids and gases such as LPG, ammonia, and solvents. Centrifugal pumps operate based on a horizontal suction and vertical discharge principle in water, oil, and irrigation systems, while high-pressure pumps ensure efficiency in industrial applications by generating up to 30 bar pressure through the synchronized interaction of two moving components.
